More information about pricing, packages, and what to expect

Every session is unique, which is why I provide personalized pricing based on your vision and the experience you're looking for.

When you invest in photography, you're investing in more than a collection of images. You're preserving moments that can never be recreated, because toddlers don't stay little forever, grandparents won't always be there for family photos, and the smallest moments often become the memories we treasure most.

Reach out and tell me a little about what you're dreaming up. I'd be happy to recommend the session that best fits your vision and provide a personalized quote.

FAQs

What makes Zaza Photography different?

I don't believe the goal is to create perfect photographs.

I believe the goal is to preserve honest moments, the way your child reaches for your hand, the laugh you didn't know someone captured, the quiet glance between two people who love each other. Those are the moments that become more valuable with time.

What kind of session can I book?

Every session is as unique as the person in front of my camera.

While some of my favorite stories have been as simple and beautiful as someone spending time with their dog or a family's quiet bedtime routine, storytelling isn't limited to one type of session. Whether you're celebrating your family, documenting a relationship, creating personal content for your business, updating your headshots, capturing a milestone, or simply preserving a season of life, I'm here to tell your story in a way that feels authentic to you.

We'll play your favorite music, kick off our shoes if the moment calls for it, explore your ideas, and let moments unfold naturally. I guide when needed, but I never want you to feel stiff, overly posed, or like you're pretending to be someone you're not.

My work focuses on honest, intentional storytelling, images that feel like you and reflect the moments, connections, and details that matter most.

I do not photograph large traditional weddings, but if you're looking for something relaxed, personal, and meaningful, I'd love to hear what you're envisioning.

Why don't I see many family photos in your gallery?

This is one of the questions I'm asked most often.

The simple answer is privacy.

While I absolutely love photographing families and children, I also believe that children deserve privacy online. Out of respect for my clients, I generally don't share family sessions publicly unless a family has specifically given me permission to do so.

That means my portfolio may not fully reflect just how many family sessions I photograph and I'm okay with that. I'd rather earn your trust by protecting your memories than use them to market my business.

Your family's memories belong to you first.

What is your editing style?

I believe in keeping things honest. While I’ll gently edit for light, tone, and consistency, I won’t alter bodies, skin textures, or anything that makes you you. My goal is for your photos to feel natural and true. They’ll feel authentic, grounded and reflect that moment in time because that’s where the real beauty is. Years from now, I want you to recognize yourself, not an edited version of yourself.

What should I wear?

The short answer?

Whatever makes you feel like you.

If you want to dress like a forest goddess , I’m here for it! Channel Iris Apfel? Absolutely. Show up in your favorite lived-in jeans and a tee that just feels right? Perfect. This is about celebrating the version of you that feels most authentic, not dressing for anyone else. For a more natural and timeless look, aim for outfits that complement each other rather than match. Think coordinated, not identical.

Do you offer albums or prints?

I provide carefully edited digital files available for download, so you can easily access, share, and enjoy your images. At this time, I don’t offer prints or albums, but I’m always happy to recommend trusted local or online labs if you want to create your own.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

Life happens! I totally get it. If something comes up and you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate. For outdoor sessions in particular, the weather can be unpredictable, so if conditions aren’t ideal, we’ll work together to find the best alternative. I try to keep things flexible and human, while also respecting both our time.

Why is my gallery intentionally curated?

Because I believe your gallery should feel meaningful, not overwhelming.

After a session, there may be many images that are technically beautiful, but not every frame tells a unique story. I carefully curate your gallery so you're left with the moments that truly matter.

Years from now, most families return to the same handful of photographs, the ones they frame, display, share, and treasure. I'd rather deliver a thoughtfully curated collection you'll love than hundreds of nearly identical images you'll never look through again.

What do you hope people feel when they look at their photographs years from now?

I hope they remember what that season of life felt like.

The laughter. The tiny hands. The wind in your hair. The way your child reached for you without thinking.

Those fleeting moments are what matter most.
